1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 互市 HuMkt ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Description

互市 HuMkt is a peer-to-peer digital marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers for the exchange of digital goods and services. We act solely as an intermediary platform and are not responsible for the quality or legality of listed items.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Sharing accounts is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the platform to:

• List stolen, hacked, or fraudulently obtained items
• Share personal contact information to bypass the platform
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Abuse the dispute system

5. Buyer Protection

Buyers have a 24-hour dispute window after receiving their order. Disputes are reviewed fairly and resolved within 48 hours. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the evidence provided.

6. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and timely delivery of orders. Sellers must respond to disputes within 24 hours. Failure to respond may result in automatic refund to the buyer.

7. Fees and Payments

The platform charges a commission on each successful transaction. Verified sellers (KYC approved) are charged 15% commission. Unverified sellers are charged 30% commission. A $2 withdrawal fee applies per withdrawal request. All payments are processed in USD.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Sellers are encouraged to verify their identity by uploading a government-issued ID. Verified sellers receive a Verified ✓ badge on their store and benefit from a reduced 15% commission rate.

Your Privacy & Data Protection

• Your ID documents are strictly confidential and only accessible by authorized platform admins.
• Your ID will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.
• Documents are stored on secure, encrypted servers and are not publicly accessible.
• Your ID is used solely for identity verification purposes and nothing else.
• You may request deletion of your KYC documents at any time by contacting support.
• We comply with applicable data protection laws and handle your personal data with the utmost care.

Stock Integrity Policy

Uploading accounts that are already listed in another seller's product, or re-uploading accounts that have already been sold to buyers, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent store suspension without warning.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive multiple verified complaints.

9. Limitation of Liability

互市 HuMkt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the disputed transaction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
