1. Check your accounts right away Log in to each account as soon as you receive your order, using the email and 2FA key provided. Don't make any changes before you've confirmed the login works. 2. Check window: 24 hours You have 24 hours after delivery to report a problem. We replace an account only if it has a problem at the moment of delivery: wrong password, a 2FA key that doesn't work, or a suspension that happened before you received it. 3. Record your first login Please record your screen from your first login attempt to the result. We need a recording to process a replacement request. Screenshots alone are not enough. 4. What is not covered We don't offer replacements or refunds once you have logged in successfully and then: changed the password, email, phone number or 2FA settings and lost access got the account suspended or locked by aggressive following, mass posting, spam or other activity that breaks the platform's rules logged in from low-quality, shared or public proxies/VPNs, or from many accounts on the same IP 5. Contacting support Include your order ID, the logins of the affected accounts and your screen recording. We aim to reply as quickly as possible. 6.
