How to Top Up Your Balance
All purchases on Hstockhub are made using your internal account balance. Here is exactly how to add funds.
Step-by-Step

Open Dashboard → click the Top-up tab (or use the avatar menu → Add Funds).

Enter the amount you want to add (minimum $1).

Choose a payment method: USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin.

Send the money to the address/number shown and paste the transaction ID in the form.

Submit. Your request appears in the table with status Pending.
Important: Always include the exact transaction ID. Without it, the admin cannot match your payment and your top-up will be rejected.
Approval Time
- USDT / Bitcoin: usually credited within 30 minutes after blockchain confirmations.
- You will see the status change from Pending → Approved. Balance is added instantly when approved.
If Your Top-up Is Rejected
The admin will leave a note (e.g. wrong amount, invalid TXN). You can resubmit a new request with the corrected details.
Bonus: Referral earnings, refunds and promotional credits are added to the same balance automatically — no need to top up for those.
